Does price include set up and delivery?
Majority of our prices do not have a delivery charge unless it is a delivery that is further out or a delivery for just tables, chairs, tents or smaller orders less than $100.00. Also, please remember there is Uncle Sam (tax). If you are tax exempt. You may provide your unexpired tax exemption form and invoice must be in the name of the organization list on tax exemption form. Price does not include set up of tables and chairs, but tent set up is included at no additional charge.
No, we arrive early to set up, so that you get your entire time to play.
No, the bounce house should be clean when you receive it. We clean and disinfect after every rental.
We deliver rain or shine. Bounce houses can get wet without causing damage to them. Most of the bounce houses are designed to handle small amounts of water. The only time the bounce house has to be deflated is if there is lightning.
A grassy area is the best set up for a bounce house as it allows us to place stakes in the ground to secure the bounce house as well as provides a soft landing for the kids exiting the unit. While any time of areas can be used to set up the inflatables, the area must be clean of debris and animal waste. The area must also be steady and flat. The inflatables cannot be set up on top of electrical lines, stones, pipes or anything material that may scratch or puncture the surface. If the area consists of gravel/dirt, let us know in advance so that we may provide a tarp to cover the surface, otherwise an alternate area will be required. Also, if setting up on concrete, please let us know prior to the date of the event, so that we can plan on how we will secure the inflatable.
We require a standard 110V household outlet. Placement of the unit should be no more than 50ft from the outlet. If distances exceed 50ft, you will be responsible for providing your own extension cord or may rent one from us if available. If your rental is at a park and the generator is required for the bounce house, we will provide the generator. Concessions are plugged into the outlets at the park shelter, so please ensure you have power at your shelter as some park shelters/pavilions do not have electricity. If your park shelter/pavilion does not have electricity, the two alternatives is to 1 either rent an additional generator from us or 2 to use the generator we have provided for the bounce house, however you will need to let that the bounce house down temporarily while using the concessions if this is the case so that is not too much power for the generator.
Once the bounce house has been delivered and put into position, it cannot be moved under any circumstances. ##* 1 Affordable Party Rentals, LLC is not responsible if the bounce house has been moved after our staff has set up. Also, if there are any damages incurred to the inflatable, they are expected to be paid immediately upon our pick up and nor will inflatable be replaced for another.
How much weight can hold in a bounce house?
A typical bounce house will have a maximum weight capacity ranging from 800lbs to 1000lbs depending on the size of each unit. Toddler bounce houses usually have a weight capacity ranging from 70-100lbs.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once the inflatable is unplugged, it will deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
We accept Zelle, Cash ap, and Venmo, Apple Pay, and credit cards. Final payments are due one day prior to the date of the event no later than 7pm. If final payments are not received prior to 7pm, all monies paid are forfeited. Your items/services are not prepared for delivery until final payments are received, so if we are able to accommodate a late payment after 7pm, there will be a late fee applied and due immediately with final payment in order to receive services.
If the winds speeds are under 20mph and the unit is well staked in the grass, yes they are safe. If winds exceed 20mph, the inflatable should be let down.

Yes. Orders $200 or less require a 50% deposit to reserve. Orders between $201 to $700 require a $100 deposit to reserve and orders $701 and above require a $200 deposit to reserve. Please be advised that once an invoice is sent to you, it holds your quote for 2 hours for deposit to be received, if not received items are released back into queue for others to reserve. We are constantly taking reservations and therefore do not hold items too long if you are not ready to pay deposit. If for some reason you are unable to pay within the 2 hours, you may always call us back when ready to confirm if the items are still available before paying.

Please call us as soon as possible. If you cancel on the day or day before your event, all monies paid are forfeited. If you call to cancel prior, there will be no refund, however we will hold any monies on file for you to reschedule within 90 days of the initial scheduled date of service. Please note changes in order are permitted if at least 2 days in advance and have to be equivalent or more than the initial order. Once we have taken items off of the market that others could have reserved, your order change needs to be equivalent or more.
